HTC will not launch its One M10 smartphone at the MWC event in Barcelona, but instead has opted for a special event to be held later this year. As per reports, the grand announcement for its next generation flagship might or might not be scheduled for 11th April. Now, the Taiwanese giant has rolled out the first teaser image of this smartphone.
The teaser image shows the edges of this upcoming smartphone, which seem like made out of a metallic piece with plenty of chamfering going on. This leaked image was posted on the official twitter account of HTC, alongside the hashtag “powerof10”.
It is pretty much confirmed that the number 10 is the name of this smartphone. So, we can expect it to be the upcoming flagship phone, HTC One M10. This handset is codenamed as “Perfume”. As per the rumors in the past, HTC’s One M10 is packed with a 5.1 inch QHD AMOLED Touchscreen display. This smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip and 4GB RAM for faster processing.
There is an internal storage of 32GB which can further be expanded using microSD slot. There is a 12MP UltraPixel primary camera with phase detection and laser autofocus and optical image stabilization. HTC has provided this smartphone with a 5MP front facing snapper for clicking good quality selfie images. This phone will run on the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system with Sense 8 user interface.
