Vivo announced its first ever 6GB phone, XPlay 5 in Beijing last night only. This smartphone has more memory than the one available with most of the laptops in use currently. Vivo XPlay 5 has a 5.43 inch Quad HD display, is an AMOLED make and curves to both the sides just like the Galaxy S7 Edge, which has specially crafted software allowing for edge functionality.
This smartphone is made up using the aluminum magnesium alloy, and is provided with ergonomic curves at the back sides to make it easy to grab it on your palm. It is powered by the Snapdragon 820 chipset with extremely fast, UFS 2.0 storage. The Chinese giant claims that this handset is using a custom liquid cooling system to keep the chipset cool and giving its best performance ever. This handset promises that this time the performance of this smartphone will not affected by overheating.
Vivo has packed this phone with a 16MP rear camera on the back for clicking better quality images. This camera is Sony’s IMX298 main camera with a dual tone LED flash for better quality images in low light conditions. It is provided with the phase detection auto focus and electronic image stabilization. The Xplay 5 phone is currently available on pre-order though only the 4/128GB options are available for the time being.
