Samsung’s Galaxy S7 is receiving a new feature which means that this smartphone can now be controlled remotely. This means that if you are unable to find how to do something using it then just switch to the Wi-Fi and contact Samsung. The company will immediately take control of your phone and show you how to do it.
This new feature which is added to your Samsung Galaxy S7 is caked Samsung Assist and is similar to the helpdesk in your PC. Just like the helpdesk takes control of your PC remotely to tweak your settings, this feature will also take control of your phone to let you do everything you want to do. It is reported that this new feature comes through the Samsung+ app, which has been updated recently.
In order to use this feature, you will be required to first make a contact with Samsung representative via a video chat on the new live support feature of this application. Once the representative gets access to your device, he will guide you on how to get the control of your device completely.
Currently, this feature is only available for Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge phone but s expected to get released for some other devices from the Korean giant.
