Samsung Galaxy S7 is from the usual flagships that are now only a month away from their announcement and are being leaked constantly and are almost entirely revealed. Apart from these rumors, we are still unclear about the design of this handset but another benchmark AnTutu has put a limelight on its key specifications.
According to AnTuTu, the SM-G930F is spotted running the benchmark and the phone is the vanilla 5.1 inch model with the QHD display. The reports say that Samsung will stick to this model number as its flagship phone for 2016. Also, this smartphone is powered by the in-house Exynos 8890 chipset, international version. However, this does not mean that the Snapdragon 820 chipset will be missing on this phone.
There will be a 4GB RAM and an internal storage of 64GB, the numbers seem too generous for such kind of base model. In addition, this benchmark report also states that the upcoming smartphone from the Korean giant will pack a 12MP rear snapper. Samsung is sticking to a front facing camera with 5MP count which again is a move from the fewer to larger pixels.
We were though hoping for a score but there is not any number revealed via the AnTuTu’s post on the official website of Weibo. However, on the other hand this smartphone is under pre-production testing so the figure would have indicated something about the final device to be rolled out by the Korean giant. Currently, we don’t have any option but to wait patiently until Samsung releases the Galaxy S7 phone at MWC event to be held in a month.
