Huawei Honor 5X now available from Three in UK

Huawei Honor 5X went on sale in SIM free form in UK a few days ago and now the phone is also available from Three in UK. It is revealed that this smartphone will be available with Three UK exclusively, so you will not be able to purchase the Honor 5X phone from Vodafone, EE and O2.

The Honor 5X phone is quite affordable and you will not be able to get it for no upfront on contracts starting at £13 per month. This upfront cost brings you 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data. There are many other options as well to pick from such as a £40 per month deal which gets you unlimited minutes, texts and data.


This price includes £5 monthly discount for paying using a recurring method, such as direct debit. There are also reports that each may, your monthly package price will increase by an amount up to the RPI rate, published in February last year.

If you will choose for a Pay As You Go route then this smartphone will be your for £189.99, which is almost the same price this handset will cost if you buy it SIM free from the Chinese manufacturer.

As long specifications are concerned, the Honor 5X will get a 5.5 inch Touchscreen display with 1080 pixels resolution. There is an internal capacity of 16GB which can further be expanded and has a 2GB RAM. It has a 4G support and 3,000 mAh battery for better efficiency. This smartphone has been powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chip with Cortex A53 CPU and octa core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz clock speed.

Huawei has packed it with a 13MP primary camera with LED Flash for better clicks even in low light conditions and a 5MP front facing camera for clicking selfie pictures. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with EMUI 3.1 on top.
