The Helio X20 chip was announced by MediaTek in the month of May last year. And it was expected to release the samples of its first mass production by the end of 2015. Elephone P9000 was the first phone to come packed with the X20 chip but as soon it turned out the phone was downgraded to the Helio P10 version with an eight core processor.
Today, the database from AnTuTu gives us some hope to receive the first phone with the Helio X20 processor. According to the reports, Meizu will pack its new MX6 smartphone with a 10 core 3 cluster processor (2x Cortex A72 with 2.5GHz clock speed, 4x Cortex A53 with 2.0GHz speed and 4x Cortex A53 with 1.4GHz clock speed). This handset will be powered by Mali T880 MP4 graphics processor and 3GB RAM.
Meizu MX6 phone also gets an internal storage of 32GB which can further be expanded using microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow base for the Flyme launcher. There is still no official information on the release of the phone but MX5 from the Chinese maker was the first one to get Helio X10 chip.
